Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida is seeking a Branch Manager at a Chase Branch to lead a team, deliver attentive service, grow deposits and investments, and harness cutting-edge financial technology to serve clients.

You will coach the staff, foster a welcoming culture, manage operations, and maintain a strong risk and control environment while representing the brand with hospitality and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or retail banking leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
