The role emphasizes risk management, compliance with policies, and strong collaboration with product specialists to deliver modern banking solutions and technology to clients and local businesses. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong risk and control environment awareness and adherence to policies.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
