Adecco Group in California seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth by bringing in new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering top-level service to candidates and clients. You will lead the branch team, set pay/bill rates, and manage the P&L while ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.

You’ll oversee recruitment strategies, performance coaching, and process improvements to maximize revenue and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute plans to grow new clients and retain existing accounts.
• Manage day-to-day performance and coaching of branch staff.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, and cost control while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessments, and rate negotiations.
