Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Management or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain Michigan State Credit Insurance Producer License within 12 months of hire.

• Ensure outstanding service for members.
• Oversee branch operations, compliance with policies and regulations.
• Drive branch sales, service, lending, and growth goals.
• Strengthen member relationships through deposits and loans.

• Hold team accountable for performance and conduct.
• Monitor security procedures and controls.
• Promote credit union products to improve members' financial well-being.
• Represent the Credit Union in community outreach.
• Support branch facilities and operational needs.
