Job summary

Prevail Bank in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day retail operations of the branch. You will lead tellers and bankers, ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate information to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or significant related business experience and 3–5 years Teller/Banker experience.
• Ability to work under stress and handle difficult situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail branch operations and staff supervision.
• Schedule branch meetings and monitor performance indicators.
• Provide customer service and cross-sell bank products.
• Ensure staff use online and mobile banking tools and assist customers.
