You will guide sales, open accounts, and ensure compliance with regulatory protocols, while building long-term client relationships. This role requires leadership, decision-making, and the ability to manage schedules, audits, and training across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 years banking, client service, or retail experience preferred; lending and account mgmt experience a plus.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred; strong leadership required.
• Excellent client service and decision-making能力.
• Ability to use banking software and Microsoft 365 with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Branch Manager in leading branch operations.
• Provide reliable service to clients per regulatory guidelines and offer suitable financial products.
• Build long-term client relationships and advise on deposits, electronic services, and loans.
• Open accounts and oversee transactions; close accounts when needed.
• Develop sales strategies to increase productivity and participate in business development.
• Maintain knowledge of internal audit procedures and regulatory requirements.
