Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch & Insurance Specialist to support field sales, service insureds and members, and assist in selling memberships and insurance products. The role involves handling policy changes, renewals, billing, and processing payments from walk-ins and calls.

The position emphasizes customer service, lead development, and cross-selling, with opportunities to work with management and sales teams to resolve issues and improve member experience.

Qualifications

• High School GED is required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry required.
• Moderate Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills preferred.
• Property and casualty insurance license required.
• Property and casualty insurance license, valid in selling state, issued within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds, and information on memberships and insurance.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds; handle changes, renewals, billing, and payments.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists; engage in cross-selling opportunities.
• Communicate positively with staff and maintain relationships with management.
• Resolve member and insured issues with discretion; escalate when needed.
• Handle routine to complex transactions per underwriting guidelines.
