Job summary

InsureOne Insurance, part of Confie, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Arlington location in WA. You will supervise and grow the sales team, expand book of business, and deliver premium white-glove service to clients.

The role requires 2+ years in P&C insurance sales or service and 3+ years of staff management, with a valid P&C license. In-person position with competitive pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance sales or service experience.
• 3+ years of staff management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to grow a branch and lead a sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Arlington location and build a high-performing sales team.
• Drive production and establish a strong sales culture.
• Expand business by building relationships with customers and cross-selling products.
• Coach sales team to deliver premium customer care.
• Manage escalated service issues and inquiries.
• Lead local marketing, cold calling, and walk-ins to generate new business.
• Oversee Branch Operational Excellence (BOE).
