You’ll consult with clients to assess coverage needs, present quotes, and manage a growing book of business. The role requires an active WA P&C or Life & Health license (or the ability to obtain one) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Property & Casualty or Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or related financial services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Consult with clients to assess coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Prepare and present insurance quotes for personal, commercial, or life and health lines
• Build and maintain a strong book of business through ongoing client relationship management
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales production goals
