• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and match them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.
• Provide support to branches within a 50-mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules.
