Pay ranges from $21 to $24 hourly, depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location. This position requires overseeing branch operations, staff hiring/training, and ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Sound judgement and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with math calculations.
• Computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.
• Sales ability and persuasiveness.
• Interpersonal skills to include a significant level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy and tact.
• Exceptional customer service, sales, leadership, teamwork and management skills.
• Working knowledge of bank operations.
• Ability to develop and achieve group goals in accordance with defined parameters.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the branch’s retail growth and profitability.
• Coach and develop staff to maximize customer service and branch results.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and bank policies.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve branch goals and cross-sell bank products.
• Schedule and monitor daily activities and transactions.
• Provide backup for staff and manage cash operations.
