Qualifications

• Two to five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, direct and communicate performance expectations clearly and frequently; evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or transfers.
• Maintain qualified staff at the branch and manage a floater pool as needed.
• Develop and coach staff to provide legendary customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Engage, motivate and lead staff to achieve branch goals and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Monitor teller line for compliance with banking regulations and Bank policies.
• Schedule and monitor daily activities of staff and transaction approvals.
• Manage daily cash orders and cash vault limits.
• Uphold security policies and be primary support for branch Security Coordinator.
• Ensure deposit, cash, and online posting differences are reviewed daily.
• Provide backup for staff as needed.
