Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Branch Manager at our Monte Vista, CO location.
The hourly rate for this position is $21 - $24 per hour depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
The Assistant Branch Manager assists the Branch Manager in overseeing the branch’s retail growth and profitability. They assist in the responsibility for maximizing sales/production by coaching and developing staff, establishing and upholding legendary customer service, controlling expenses, coordinating the efforts of staff to ensure that functions are completed effectively, and all other various tasks involved in the overall operation of the branch.
