Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager for our Denville, NJ location. The starting salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 annually and will be commensurate with experience.

The Branch Manager will supervise branch activities, ensure a superior member experience, maintain operational integrity and drive sales, growth, and profitability through budget planning and business development initiatives. Strong leadership and Salesforce CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years related work experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Prior Salesforce CRM and sales management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch activities and is accountable for member experience, operational integrity, branch efficiency and sales activities.
• Develops the branch budget and business plan to maximize branch revenue and profitability.
• Builds long-lasting relationships with personal and business members to deepen engagement and support growth objectives.
