Job summary

Adecco Group in Durham, NC seeks a Branch Manager II to lead and execute plans that expand market share and profitability. You will oversee branch operations, recruit and develop talent, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will partner with market leaders to align sales plans, manage budgets, and drive performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction and strong NPS scores across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and driving branch performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Proven track record in service industry leadership and SBC/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, expanding market presence.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch team; drive performance.
• Lead recruitment strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and pay/bill rates; ensure compliance.
