Job summary

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients.
• Lead recruitment and develop branch team to achieve KPIs.
• Manage branch P&L and budget with cost controls.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and local relationships with sources.
• Conduct monthly reviews with vertical directors and senior leadership.
