Qualifications

• NMLS license required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and drive sales goals.
• Develop customer relationships by offering a full range of banking products.
• Coach and train staff in sales and relationship development.
• Partner with Branch Manager to set goals and manage staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and confidentiality.
