Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Branch Manager for our Orlando operations. You will lead the management team, hire staff, and drive growth, productivity, and profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel availability and on-call schedule for off-hours/weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to operations and service management for smooth branch flow.
• Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating the district management team.
• Review district environments and metrics to identify problems and coach teams to meet goals.
• Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
