Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, performance management, adherence to banking regulations, and representing the branch in the community to develop relationships and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking laws, regulations, and guidelines is required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Experience in retail banking is required.
• Experience in financial services or banking is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operation of the branch and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Directs activities of branch staff to achieve sales goals and cross-sell products.
• Oversees budget, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Represents the branch in the community to develop referrals and relationships.
• Schedules staff and ensures staffing aligns with the Branch Staffing Model.
