Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years banking experience
• Consumer/Residential lending experience
• Supervisory experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services
• Participate in all required compliance training and internal/external training programs

Responsibilities

• Manage overall growth and profitability of the branch
• Supervise branch staff and daily operations
• Develop and monitor branch business plans
• Proactively drive business development and sales programs
• Interview loan applicants and outline loan terms
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls
• Maintain customer relationships and CSP scores
• Coordinate staff training and performance reviews
• Travel up to 25% as needed
