Job summary

Aodfcu is seeking a Branch Manager for the Lenlock Office in Anniston, AL. You will direct daily branch operations, lead staff to deliver quality member service, and oversee lending decisions according to policy.

In this role, you will develop business with SEGs, train and evaluate personnel, and report on branch performance while collaborating with senior management and the main office.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or apprenticeship programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the operations of a credit union branch to meet financial and service goals.
• Underwrites consumer loans per policy and approves underwriting decisions of staff.
• Leads, trains, and evaluates branch staff to deliver Quality Member Service.
• Develops business by visiting SEGs, recruiting new SEGs, and supporting community involvement.
• Prepares standard reports and attends scheduled management meetings.
