Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Active FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or 66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active Life, Accident/Health, and Variable Contracts licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• 3+ years of people management and 4+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent compliance record and knowledge of compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain or build wealth management practice serving clients through the Ameriprise ACE.
• Lead from the front and be a role model in client service and practice management.
• Drive profitable growth through leadership, coaching, and client outcomes.
• Inspect results and provide coaching on business planning, client acquisition, and investments.
• Support branch manager to recruit and onboard high quality advisors.
• Generate leads and manage candidate experience in the local area.
• Articulate Ameriprise value proposition to candidates.
• Execute onboarding and ramp-up plans to drive growth.
• Contribute to a strong local office culture and peer learning.
• Uphold Ameriprise core values: client focus, integrity, excellence, respect.
