Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Branch Manager in Lake Elmo, MN to grow an Ameriprise-owned branch. You will recruit experienced advisors, build a local value proposition, and drive client acquisition while maintaining the firm’s client-centric culture.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, FINRA licenses, and the ability to obtain state registrations. In-office collaboration with some flexibility to work from home is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and/or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active FINRA Series 24 or 9/10 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63/S66) within 150 days.
• Active State IAR registration (S65/S66) within 150 days.
• Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Proven success driving business growth and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Implement national recruiting strategy and recruit high-quality advisors.
• Generate leads and manage end-to-end candidate experience.
• Develop branch value proposition and onboarding plans.
• Drive profitable growth through coaching, planning, and client acquisition.
• Lead with integrity and build a strong local office culture.
• Maintain and grow wealth management practice serving clients.
