Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks an Associate Branch Manager for a Richmond, VA location. You will coach advisors, drive growth, and deliver client-focused financial planning within ACE. Lead by example, recruit experienced advisors, and ensure adherence to core values and risk controls.

You will conduct regular 1:1s, develop business plans, and deploy playbooks to achieve revenue and asset growth while promoting a collaborative culture and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial services.
• Excellent compliance record and knowledge of FINRA rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop advisors to grow branch revenue.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through wealth management planning.
• Oversee onboarding of new advisors and performance reviews.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s and biweekly reviews with leadership.
