Job summary

JPMorganChase in Houston is seeking a Senior Branch Manager to lead one of our largest branches, driving deposits, investments, and operations while coaching a high-performing team.

You will represent our brand with hospitality, applying the latest banking solutions and tech to meet clients’ needs and cultivate relationships, with weekend/evening hours required and a strong focus on risk and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
