Job summary

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Motivate branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying Chase's culture and values.
• Grow deposits and investments by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and community engagement.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by following policies and protecting the company and clients.
