Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or equivalent combination.
• Strong supervisory or management experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Knowledge of branch operations, policies and performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams to deliver high-quality sales and service to customers.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to grow revenue and wallet share.
• Identify referrals to other business groups and build a local network.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
• Coach and develop staff, monitor performance, and address issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and community partners.
