Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related banking or branch management experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs market and business development duties by generating high value customer relationships and expanding existing relationships.
• Execute and coach sales strategies to achieve financial goals and incorporate digital products in interactions.
• Ensure operational integrity, audits, security and compliance across the branch.
• Lead daily sales meetings, HR responsibilities and staff coaching as directed by Market Manager.
• Maintain data quality for referrals and customer records using branch technology.
