Qualifications

• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint basic to intermediate use.
• BA or BS preferred; banking audit knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales and operations to meet goals and standards.
• Lead and coach branch team; conduct daily sales meetings.
• Drive market development and community presence.
• Input data and manage referrals, customers, and applications.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security and policy requirements.
• Handle HR tasks and ongoing staff development as directed.
