Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead one or more Ameriprise owned branch offices. You will understand the local market, coach on revenue drivers, recruit external practices, and cultivate a culture focused on client outcomes and growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years' experience, and relevant FINRA registrations or the ability to obtain them. Hybrid in-office collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relevant work experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Active FINRA Series 24, or 9/10 or ability to obtain in 90 days.
• State registrations S63/S66 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration S65/S66 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Proven success driving business growth and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recruit high quality experienced advisors to your branch and build local pipeline.
• Drive profitable organic growth through coaching, planning and client experience.
• Lead with integrity and supervise sales activities aligned to client objectives.
• Develop local culture, peer learning, and uphold Ameriprise values.
• Maintain personal wealth management practice serving clients with excellence.
