Job summary

PNC is seeking a Branch Manager III for our Atlanta Cheshire Bridge DeNovo location. You will lead a high-performing team, drive branch growth, and deepen relationships with both consumer and business clients to increase sales and market share.

You will coach staff, manage risk and compliance, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless omni-channel banking experience. A bachelor’s degree and several years of leadership in banking are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in branch banking and growth via business development.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and risk management skills.
• Ability to understand balance sheet and income statement.

Responsibilities
