Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Advisors in Providence, RI seeks a Branch Manager to lead one or more Ameriprise owned branch offices. You will drive growth, recruit top advisors, and develop a strong local culture focused on client experience and results.

Responsibilities include implementing recruiting strategies, onboarding new advisors, coaching teams on revenue drivers, and ensuring compliant, profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 24, 9/10, 63/66, and 65/66 or ability to obtain within stated timelines.
• Active Life and Accident/Health insurance license or ability to obtain within stated timelines.
• Proven sales success and leadership with ability to recruit and develop advisors.
• Strong compliance record and ability to manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Implement recruiting strategies to attract high quality advisors.
• Lead and coach branch teams to drive revenue growth and client experience.
• Onboard and ramp up new advisors, manage onboarding plan execution.
• Oversee branch P&L, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Build local market presence and networks for business development.
• Foster in-office collaboration and a culture of integrity and excellence.
