Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations through direct and indirect supervision
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and separations
• Maintain exceptional customer experiences and build valuable partnerships
• Coach and develop branch personnel, including ride-alongs and regular check-ins
• Conduct weekly sales, management, and all-associate meetings to ensure alignment
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Home Office for support and strategy
• Act as lead salesperson, maintaining and expanding customer relationships
