PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Litchfield, AZ Dysart Indian School Branch. This in-office role focuses on leading branch performance, driving revenue, and delivering an omni-channel customer experience with a consultative sales approach.

You will coach and develop the branch team, manage risk and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow business banking revenue and community presence. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Notary Public required for the state(s) served.
• Spanish language ability preferred for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance through planning and execution to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
• Lead a high-performing branch team through coaching and development.
• Oversee risk management and compliance in a complex environment and ensure policies are followed.
