Qualifications

• Three years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and marketing-oriented sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to operate the branch with a business-owner mindset and support growth.
• Coach and support team members to identify customer needs and recommend banking products.
• Ensure compliance with policies, audits, and cash controls while maintaining accuracy.
• Deliver a warm Woodforest Experience across teller, platform and digital channels.
• Schedule, plan workflows, and support efficient branch operations.
