Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
• MS Word - Basic Level
• MS Excel - Intermediate Level
• MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
• BA or BS preferred.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.

Responsibilities

• Generate high value customer relationships through sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers.
• Lead and coach branch team and manage branch facilities to meet standards.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications.
• Ensure branch operations adhere to policies, procedures, audits and compliance.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and fulfill HR responsibilities; participate in ongoing education.
• Drive market development and new customer acquisitions.
