Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a General Manager for its local branch to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and maximize profitability. You will establish goals, coach managers, and ensure successful delivery of projects within a dynamic security integration environment.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, a solid background in doors, frames, and hardware, and the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience within Security Integration.
• At least 5–7 years of experience with Doors, Frames, and Hardware.
• At least 5–7 years of experience managing multiple teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and drive sales growth.
• Coach, mentor and manage management and sales staff.
• Review bids and sign GC contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and results.
• Monitor financial activity and profitability.
• Ensure timely delivery and project completion.
