Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience is required.
• 5+ years of management experience in Security Integration or similar.
• 5-7 years of experience with Doors, Frames, and Hardware in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the local branch office.
• Drive sales activity and maximize profitability.
• Establish operational goals and manage growth.
• Coach, mentor, and manage managers and supervisors.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns and evaluate results.
• Ensure on-time delivery and project completion.
• Monitor costs and implement cost controls.
• Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
