Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in financial services.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a focused team to meet loan goals and metrics.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations to grow profitability.
• Coach managers and staff with timely feedback and standards.
• Drive loan growth while managing current loan portfolio.
• Develop partnerships and maintain external business relationships.
