Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of management experience in the pest control industry.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history; operating a company vehicle is essential.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs; foster a high-performance, inclusive environment.
• Grow, train, and develop management and staff; ensure safety protocols and policies are understood and records maintained.
• Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing, safety standards, and business laws.
• Manage customer escalations, employee relations matters, and operational challenges; resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.

• Handle escalated customer issues and incidents, uphold company service standards, and work to maximize branch profitability and overall performance.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $85,000 and $100,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
