Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Branch Manager / General Manager to lead our commercial plumbing service operations across multiple Southern California locations, including Torrance. You will oversee about 20 service professionals, drive branch performance, and enhance customer relationships with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial plumbing, proven leadership, and the ability to grow service accounts and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial plumbing service management.
• Experience as Branch/General Manager or Service Manager preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial plumbing systems, service, maintenance and repairs.
• Experience managing field supervisors, service technicians and dispatch.
• Understanding of service department financials, labor costs, budgeting and profitability.
• Experience hiring, training and performance management of technicians.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a high-volume service operation while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including commercial plumbing service, repairs and maintenance.
• Directly manage field supervisors and lead technicians while providing leadership to the broader service team.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage service schedules, technician assignments and customer response times.
• Monitor branch performance, labor productivity, operating costs and departmental profitability.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and performance evaluations for field personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure service work meets company quality standards, safety requirements and applicable plumbing codes.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts, service agreements and recurring business.
• Support estimating, pricing and proposals for larger service and installation work.
• Work closely with company leadership to establish operational goals and improve branch performance.

• Experience with technician hiring, training and performance management.
