Qualifications

Field Leadership Experience: minimum 5+ years in residential plumbing or related trades.
Plumbing/Trade Expertise: extensive practical plumbing experience; Master License preferred but not required.
Operational Management Track Record: proven ability to manage local production and complex field schedules.
Local Compliance Knowledge: familiarity with local building codes and installation standards (Florence branch).
Financial Literacy: budgeting, job costing, KPIs, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead company-wide operations: oversee Operations, Procurement, Estimating, Scheduling.
Translate CEO vision into measurable goals and plans with accountability.
Direct department heads to ensure quality and performance.
Oversee financial performance, efficiency metrics, and profitability.
Maintain HQ-to-branch coordination and scalable systems.
