Job summary

Crimson Consulting Group is seeking a General Manager for our Albuquerque branch. You will oversee Sales, Operations, Administrative, Warehouse and Delivery teams, working closely with Corporate staff to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years in wholesale distribution, and solid B2B sales experience. Expect a competitive salary with a bonus potential and benefits, including healthcare and a 401k plan.

Here's a wonderful opportunity to join a great company that specilalizes in Wholesale Supply and Distribution! Run this branch as the GM with staff involved in Sales, Operations, Administrative, Warehouse and Delivery! Work hand in hand in with Corporate staff and run your own P & L and Grow your Business!! Use your Leadership skills to lead and continue the growth of this operation through Sales, Operations, and Hiring. Use your Customer Service skills to meet with clients and work with your Sales Team. As in any GM role, you'll need to be well rounded with experience and leadership. Would love to see someone in the local area who's interested in joining a solid organization with a 50 year plus history in the building materials industry. Salary in this role will start somewhere around $100k - $110k or so depending upon your background and experience. Expect a bonus in the $20k or so range...could be more, especially after your first year. Branch performance is a major factor. Benefits include healthcare, 401k and more.

This is a retained search and we are comitted to finding a talented individual who likely has 10+ years of experience in Wholesale Distribution with a preference in Building Materials. Education is a plus, but experience really drives the train. Sales experience in B to B world is a real plus. And what can I say about Leadership?
