Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all branch operations and a growing team in Mesa, AZ. You will carry full P&L responsibility, guide Account and Production Managers, and drive new contract and enhancement sales processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of branch leadership experience in a similar sector, excel at developing high-performing teams, and demonstrate strong client relationship skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry.
• Proven experience mentoring, guiding and developing high-performing teams.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed goals by working independently and as a team leader.
• Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.).
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• A winning attitude and results-driven mindset.
