Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member.
• Open new accounts and perform everyday member transactions discreetly.
• Educate members about Coastal1 products and services to meet their goals.
• Refer members to loans, wealth management, or other teams as needed.
• Ensure cash drawer balances at close and research discrepancies.
• Follow processes with integrity and complete trainings on time.
