Job summary

National Capital Bank is seeking a Full-Time Float Teller based at our Headquarters on Capitol Hill, with duties to float to other branches for staffing support.

The role supports customer transactions, promotes excellent service, and ensures compliance with BSA/AML/CTR rules while maintaining accuracy and coverage across branches.

The Float Teller will handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and customer inquiries, balancing drawers daily and supporting branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Float Teller Transactions: cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, loans, night depository deposits and other teller duties.
• Customer Service: greet customers by name, handle routine inquiries, complete transactions professionally.
• Compliance: follow BSA/AML/CTR rules and safeguard confidential information.
• Teamwork: provide staffing coverage to all branches and support daily teller line and CSR duties.
• Community involvement: participate in company-sponsored activities.
