Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Branch Flex in Charlotte, NC. You will perform patrols, monitor entry points, and respond to incidents, with shifts that rotate and may require last-minute changes.

Qualifications

• Willing to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to travel as needed for Branch Flex role.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed) and have a high school diploma.
• Background check and drug screen are part of hiring process.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper property handling.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
