Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Flex Driver Patrol Relief in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and support site post orders while working 30–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license where required.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy and laws.
• Licensing requirements may apply to state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in emergencies.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and manage access as needed.
• Observe and monitor entrances/exits to protect property.
• Investigate incidents; maintain logs and prepare reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
