Job summary

Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC is seeking a Branch/Sales Manager for our Northborough, MA office. The role oversees rentals and sales operations, fleet management, and general operational processes.

Requires at least four years in outside and inside sales with rental or heavy equipment experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, with a commensurate compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in outside and inside sales with rental, heavy equipment or fleet management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong planning and negotiation skills.
• Moderate travel required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects and convert them into customers.
• Manage incoming inquiries quickly, efficiently and accurately.
• Introduce and demonstrate equipment to prospective accounts.
• Work directly with customers to fulfill equipment needs and assist with challenges.
• Educate customers of equipment and rental options.
• Make outside sales calls focused on business development and managing existing customer relationships.
• Oversee and process sales and rental agreements.
• Work with Service Manager to prepare units for rental and projecting future equipment needs and rental trends.
• Assist the Service Department with ongoing customer communications and in anticipating service and maintenance needs.
• Establish and maintain a positive customer service experience.
• Other general and administrative duties as assigned.
