Job summary

Scott Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative for the Affton, MO branch to support members and strengthen community ties. This full-time, on-site role involves greeting members, educating them on products, and resolving questions.

You will process account activity, cross-sell services, and maintain teller duties as needed, with OFAC screening and CTR/SAR compliance. A high school diploma and at least one year of customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Personal computer experience to include Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, educate, present and cross-sell SCU products and services to members per engagement model.
• Meet individual sales and operational goals and assist the branch team in achieving branch goals.
• Process financial transitions for members including opening and closing accounts; process deposits/withdrawals; perform teller duties as needed.
• Open/close teller terminal, balance cash, and remit daily work to supervisor for disposition.
• Perform OFAC screens and report positive matches; comply with CTR and SAR requirements.
• Provide prompt, professional, helpful member service and resolve member concerns.
